Bilbee Controls conduction type thermostats do not use typical bonded bimetallic strips. The contacts are opened and closed by expansion and contraction of the base plate resulting in vertical movement of the specially-formed, low-expansion thermal spring. as shown in the cut-away animation here.
Subclass of the B-200 Conduction Type Thermostat (A -924)
This unit is the most versatile unit of the B-200s. Typically customers who want adjustability end up with some sort of modification of the A-924.
This unit's temperature range spans from "room temperature" to 545F with a tolerance of +/- 5% of the set temperature.
Your adjustment control also has a selectable range of 45 to 310 degrees of rotation
Sensitivity of adjustable controls = 1 degree of angular rotation per 2F
This unit can be "base mounted" as shown, or "side mounted" which ships with the "side mount bracket" for you to adapt to your system or product.

The vertical torque control also has a selectable range of lengths between .687" to 3.250"
